2. Photography Rights and Usage:

• Ownership: Participants retain full ownership of the photographs they take during the workshop.
• Usage by Workshop: By participating, you grant the organizers the right to use images taken during the workshop for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the photographer.

3. Liability and Risk:

• Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and there are inherent risks involved in photography activities, especially in outdoor settings.
• Liability: The workshop organizers are not liable for personal injury or loss/damage of personal equipment during the workshop.
